Not long ago, Russia has banned George Soros‘ foundations from the country claiming these are foreign-sponsored organizations that are not desirable in the federation. A Russian university even burned some of the books sponsored by Soros’ foundations.
Now, it seems George Soros is striking back at the Russian star, Vladimir Putin. In an article published on the Project Syndicate website, Soros states that Russian intervention in Syria is causing more harm than good, leading to even bigger migrations as large numbers of Syrian migrants are heading to Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey.

But, they don’t want to stay there. Their desired destination is Germany or any other European state willing to give taxpayers money for migrant welfare. As George Soros continues, recent Russian bombings caused 70,000 more refugees, while a ground offensive is going to make more run for greener pastures of European welfare.Agriculture Companies Names Generator

Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor who openly invited migrants to Germany, seemed to slow down with her further invitations, but only until a recent meeting with the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. At the meeting, Chancellor Merkel announced that she’s willing to airlift annually 200,000 to 300,000 of the migrants to Europe, despite millions heading there by boats.

George Soros, a proven financial genius, believes that Putin’s Russia will collapse due to financial pressures. Now, both sanctions and low oil prices are hurting Russia’s public finances. As Soros claims, Putin wants Europe to disintegrate before Russian finances collapse, so he’s allegedly causing all the turmoil in the Middle East. This way, the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation after the invasion of Ukraine, will be lifted.

In Soros’ view, by dividing Europe, Putin stands to gain both politically and economically. It’s a classic divide-and-conquer strategy. Yet, George Soros feels that Putin, a former KGB agent, is only skilled tactically, while not being good with strategy. A proof of that is the recent clash between the Russian and Turkish Presidents after the shot down of a Russian military plane after it allegedly crossed into the Turkish airspace.

While the Russian air force and the army of a Syrian President, Bashar al-Assad, have been destroying ISIS piece by piece, Soros feels that Russia is an even bigger threat than ISIS. According to him, the terrorist attacks on civilians are not as terrifying as what Putin’s Russia in doing.

George Soros is known for getting involved politically. And to his aid comes his fortune, estimated to be around $25 billion. Soros, aged 85, was born to a Jewish family in Hungary, and subsequently moved to the United Kingdom and then to the United States.
