This is a punishable act with a fine of AED 2000 with 23 black points. The same law is applied if there is any damage to the private and public facilities in the country. This could be led to suspension of the license for period of at least one year. In some cases, the driver’s license may not be returned to them unless any medical report is presented showing treatment for the addiction.
