Seven Reasons You Should Fall In Love With Demonte Colony Real Story :

1. It’s real

Of course it’s not a novel. It’s a real story that takes place in the town of Demonte Colony in Calabria, Italy. This is an amazing story about two families–the Davoli and the Pomarici–who live separated by a wall with only one entrance and exit, which is guarded by a dog named Bruno.

One day, Bruno becomes ill; but when he dies without any warning to the guards ahead of time, what happens next leads each family on an epic journey filled with twists and surprises as they try to solve puzzles together using the clues left behind before reaching the truth about what really happened behind their shared wall over three hundred years later.

2. It’s fascinating

This story is full of suspense, drama, and romance–and it’s all based on an ancient historical event. It’s like a fiction story except it happened. The author has interviewed many descendants of the families involved in this story to round out details only legends would have the power to impart.

3. It’s action-packed

Pomarici and Davidoli combined their skills and resources to protect themselves from hostile attackers both inside and out of their community. They developed a complex network of underground passages, weapons depots, houses for hiding at nighttime, and secret doors that allowed them surprise attacks by surprise. They were able to control the entrance and exit of the town to protect themselves from outsiders. The families worked together to invent a system of communication with a language of symbols that they used to communicate on paper, in books, and even on the walls when they painted.

4. It’s funny

While much adventure you read about these days is written so seriously it feels like it might as well be a history book, this story is just too fun for that! Remarkably, some of the events are funny or ironic; but most importantly, they happen to real people. You can picture each scene; you’ll laugh and be moved in equal measure of wonder.

5. It’s about family

The Davoli, who are descendants of the “Old Clan” of Northern Italy, have managed to keep their family intact and today most of them live within an easy drive from Demonte Colony. The Pomarici, however, have slowly assimilated into the local population. But their story is just as fascinating–as is the story of Davoli’s direct ancestor, Maria Davoli.

Remember the story of “Hansel and Gretel” where they were left in a forest with a witch? Maria Davoli’s story is similar–except instead of being left in the woods, she was left in the countryside without shelter. She survived and she created her own shelter by learning how to make mud bricks; today, her family is still creating mud bricks and is successful in business even though you wouldn’t think that would be possible.

6. It’s about America

The story is about Italy and Germany, but the common thread of this story–the Town of Demonte Colony–is rooted in American soil. Centuries before the United States became a country, the Cherokee Nation walked hundreds of miles on foot through impossible terrain to settle in Southwest Missouri near what became known as Demonte Colony.

This colony was founded by Shawnee Indians who fled from North Carolina during a time when Europeans were killing Native Americans by the thousands and when American Indians were attempting to fight back in many different ways. Unfortunately, it ended with more death and destruction; however, much good came out of this as well.

7. It’s linked to other stories

A small portion of this story is the story of another book called “The Secret Life of the Mind”. This book is a collection of short stories that can be read in a variety of ways. You can read each one as a stand-alone, or you can read them in order.

The characters play their parts in every story, and each story adds to the layers and complexity of their lives as well as the main characters’ lives in Demonte Colony Real Story. By reading both books together, you’ll be able to see how complex and interesting life really is; being an ancestor doesn’t make it any less crazy.
