HySafe is a turn-key engineered fall protection solution that integrates seamlessly with any building structure. It enables building owners or managers to take full advantage of the latest safety codes and reduced insurance premiums. The engineered solutions significantly cut costs over conventional fall protection methods that require expensive hardware, skilled labor and complex analysis.

The hy safe technology fall protection solution was invented by Moti Moradmand, an Israeli aerospace engineer with a doctorate degree in engineering systems management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Moradmand developed the fall protection solution while working as a mechanical engineer on the design of a 3 million dollar contract for an international aerospace company.

Turnkey Engineered Fall Protection Systems- HySafe :

1. Mechanical engineered trolley systems : 

HySafe offers two different types of trolley based fall protection solutions. Both systems are designed to provide maximum worker comfort and safety with a compact, low-profile design.

Standard Trolley System : 

This is the original HySafe trolley system from which the patent was issued. It consists of a unique patented trolley made of light-weight aluminum and stainless steel. The primary advantage of the standard trolley is its low-profile, lightweight design.

 The unique shape allows workers to move easily around objects such as equipment, work areas and other workers without impacting their safety. This system is engineered for a wide range of applications and can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Trolley System Plus :

This system is designed for use in tight weave areas. It provides the same low-profile, lightweight design as the standard trolley but adds extensive reinforcing components that provide additional strength to prevent damage to the structure and reduce load on building components. This system is also engineered for a wide range of applications and can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments.

2. Self-release safety tether systems : 

HySafe offers two different types of self-release safety tether systems. Both systems are designed to provide maximum worker comfort and safety with a compact, low-profile design.

Standard Self-Release System :

4. Certified and insured installation services : 

HySafe offers certified installation services for all of its products. Select from three levels of installation packages:

HySafe Basic: 

The basic package includes design consultation, assembly and installation of low-speed fall protection systems. It also includes configuration assistance for any special requirements or applications that are not listed in HySafe’s standard product specifications.

HySafe Certified:

This package includes design consultation and construction of elevated work platforms. It also includes installation of fixed-height emergency release systems, emergency rescue ladders, scaffolds, and fall protection systems for high occupancy work areas. The Certified package also includes a system inspection, specifications review and coordination with the customer’s third-party inspection agency.

HySafe Ultimate: 

This package includes the complete design and construction of an entire building fall protection system using HySafe’s systems as well as any special requirements or applications that are not included in HySafe’s standard product specifications.
