Kayleigh Mcenany is an American conservative activist and the national spokesperson for the Republican National Committee.

Mcenany attended George Washington University and graduated with a degree in law and international affairs

After serving as Vice President of the Student Senate. 

After graduation, she worked as a law clerk at Jones Day, then moved into television commentary. She has been recognized for her work debating political issues on networks such as CNN, Fox News Channel and MSNBC. 

She is a frequent guest commentator on a variety of news and political shows including

“The O’Reilly Factor”, “The Kelly File”, “On the Record”, and “America’s Newsroom”.

Mcenany supports Trump’s proposed border adjustment tax and the end of free trade agreements.

She has been cited as saying that the United States should elect an anti-trade president.

He said that American citizens and legal immigrants should be allowed to publicly criticize the president regardless of their religious convictions.

Mcenany is a proponent of the Second Amendment,

She attacked gun control advocates for not having a real objection to the assault weapons ban, which she called a “licensing regime.

Mcenany said that liberal activists believe that Obama was born out of the United States, [but] he was actually born in Kenya.

Mcenany began dating her husband Daniel in 2010.

According to “The New York Times”, they had been dating since 2009, and both were working at the time on Capitol Hill.

When asked in 2011 if they were engaged, McEnany said “I’m not going to answer that question.”

she announced that she was pregnant with her first child. She gave birth to son Verlin Daniel McEnany on February 5, 2015.
