Step 1. Complete 63 hours of education 

The very first step to getting a real estate license in the state of Florida is to clock at least 63 hours of education in a license course in the state of Florida. This course is going to cover everything that you need to pass the licensing exam and become a sales associate in the state.

Step 2. Pass the final exam

Step 5. Pass the real estate exam

The final step that a person must take to become a real estate agent in the state of Florida is to pass the state and the national parts of the Florida exam.
