There is a certain well known honkai impact tier list for the tier 3-a powerhouse, Honkai Impact 3.
It has been in use for some time now and its existence has caused much debate about the validity of the list. What is this tier list and how does it compare to other lists?
The honkai impact tier list is a well known ranking of which characters do well in matches against each other; it’s generally assumed to be accurate based on results from matches between players who have played Honkai Impact since release.
Everyone seems to agree that if your character falls below Honkai Impact 2, you are out of luck when facing off against anyone at Honkai Impact 3.
The list is based on the strengths of each character. The list was originally created by Etoile, but has since been maintained by many different people through match data analysis and debate about the technicalities of using feedback to improve your character.
Therefore it is always worth having a look at what this tier list says about your character because it could be an indicator of how effective you are in competitive play, or even compared to other characters in the game.
Honkai impact tier list :
1. Hien –
Hien is a hard hitter with a very powerful super. He has a lot of meter gain for his damage so he can combo easily and rack up his damage quickly. He can also do a dive kick to hit people in the air which allows him to perform a cross up.
2. Etoile –
Etoile is fast, has good range and infinite combos for her level 3s. Her meter gain is high and she is able to use it well. Her level 3 has a huge hit box and can catch people off guard.
3. Zach –
Zach is a very hard hitter with his huge damage output from his combos including super meter gain from his super.
He can also use his super for an infinite combo if he gets the right conditions.
4. Shikinami –
Shikinami has a lot of meter gain from his combos and super meter gain from using his super.
He is very good at doing combos with chips away at people’s health bars slowly over time allowing him to get high damage output.
He has a lot of chip damage potential allowing him to get into the opponent’s face quickly then get out again causing consistent chip damage.
5. Riela –
Riela has good range, good hit box on her level 3 and great chip damage potential being able to get in close without being punished easily by other characters who have smaller hit boxes.
She’s able to chip her opponent down to her level 3.
6. Kagerou –
Kagerou has a lot of meter gain from his combos and super meter gain from using his super.
He is very good at doing combos with chips away at people’s health bars slowly over time allowing him to get high damage output.
He has a lot of chip damage potential allowing him to get into the opponent’s face quickly then get out again causing consistent chip damage.
7. Petra –
Petra is the only character that can chain cancel her air attack.
This ability gives her huge mobility in the air allowing her to chase people down much easier than other characters.
She also has an attack that goes through projectiles.
Her supers are very good at racking up high damage in one combo because she can use super meter gain for all of them, allowing her to do very damaging combos in one super level.
8. Ragnastrike –
Ragnastrike is awarded with a high ranking due to his sheer variety of tools available to him during gameplay, including his speed and power at close range, jumping ability and the wide variety of ranged attacks available to him.
9. Løsung –
Løsung is very good at hitting people with her level 3 because she can be close to them before using it, allowing her to do huge damage without taking too much damage herself.
She also has an extremely powerful super that does major chip damage and leaves her with a full bar of meter after using it. Her level 3 is very strong and can be used to chase people down with ease.
10. Mira –
Mira has high agility, high damage available for combos and great chip potential on her level 3.
